Bible Underground - Fall Quarter: Every Thursday at 9pm at Sheil, beginning October 4

Calling all NU students! Join Fr. John at Sheil every Thursday evening at 9-10pm, beginning October 4, as we read and discuss the Bible. This quarter we're exploring an overview of the entire Bible, both the Old and New Testaments. How was the Bible written, who wrote it, and when? Is there a structure or outline for how all the books are sequenced?  How do Catholics read the Bible?  Do we have to believe that every word is exactly true?  Come learn more about ancient Israel, profound insights into human and divine nature, and how we interact with God - and why all of that has a lot to offer to your own spiritual journey. All are welcome. Bring your Bible and a friend! (If you don't own a Bible, one will be provided.)
